Most orders are fulfilled within 15 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an additional email letting you know your package is on its way.

We use Purolator and Canada Post as our shipping carriers unless a different shipping method is chosen during the checkout process.

CAN DORCO PRODUCTS BE SHIPPED OUTSIDE OF CANADA?

We do not ship products outside of Canada. We apologize for this inconvenience. If you would like to purchase in the United States, please visit DorcoUSA.com. If you live outside of these areas but have an address within the United States or Canada that we could ship to, you most definitely would be able to order our products that way.

DO ALL DORCO RAZOR SYSTEM HANDLES FIT ALL DORCO CARTRIDGES?

Yes, all Dorco razor systems and cartridges on our website are interchangeable. For example you'd be able to use a 4 blade razor handle with a 6 plus or 7 blade razor cartridge. This works for all systems and cartridges on our site – both men's and women's. To view a video about our common docking technology click here.

All return requests for Dorco products purchased on Amazon must be processed through the seller in which you bought them from. Please contact the original merchant. We are sure they will be able to accommodate your request.

CAN I JUST PURCHASE RAZOR HANDLES?

We do not sell our handles separately. All razor handles include 2 cartridges, with the exception of the Pace Power handle which comes with 1 cartridge.

IF I PURCHASE AN ORDER, AM I PURCHASING A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION?

We do not provide a subscription service for our products. When you purchase our products, it is a one-time order and you will not be charged on a monthly or yearly basis or receive products on a monthly basis.
